Use this form to get a rough idea of the cost of publishing your book. Trim size refers to the page dimensions you want for your book, with the width given first, e.g., 6 x 9. If you are using MS Word 97/2003, word count can be determined by clicking Tools/Word Count on the menu bar. In Word 2007/2010, word count should be shown in the status bar, if not, click Review/Proofing/Word Count. If you want your book to be identified as a publication of Camp Pope Publishing, select yes under "PCPB catalog." If you intend to retail your book and would like to make it available through Ingram's distribution services, select yes under "International Distribution" (Print-on-Demand only, for more information see Marketing). If this for private distribution, say, for your family only, select no. If you only need some editing or formatting work, just e-mail me with a description of what you need.
