All books can now be ordered using our secure Shopping Cart. If you prefer not to order online, other methods are outlined below. All orders are shipped the same or next business day they are received.
Please read before placing your order: Any book ordered may be returned for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (sorry, no refund on shipping charges). Call any time on our toll free order line 800-204-2407. Please don’t call this number for any other purpose (use our regular line 319-351-2407). You may leave orders on our voice mail system. Payment, if by check or money order, must accompany your mail or phone order. Make checks or money orders payable to Camp Pope Bookshop (PO Box 2232, Iowa City, Iowa 52244). We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. Note: if payment is by credit card, be sure to provide your account number, expiration date, your name as it appears on the card, the address at which you receive your credit card statement, and your phone number. You may also pay using PayPal (see below).
Note: Iowa Residents be sure to add 6% sales tax to the price of the book before adding shipping.
Shipping Table
Due to increases in the cost of shipping books, we have been forced to increase our rates. Note that these rates supercede the rates listed in our print catalogs prior to and including Catalog 42. These new rates have been incorporated into our Shopping Cart and will be applied automatically when you order online.Shipping costs for all books are based on the total dollar amount of your order.
Please Specify if you want your order shipped via USPS Book Rate (now known as Media Mail), USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.

Concerning UPS Ground: Please be sure to give a physical address if you want your order shipped via UPS Ground. UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. If you do not include a physical address when you place your order, we will ship your books USPS Priority Mail.
International Customers: We welcome your business, but because of the many variables involved with shipping, we will charge your credit card separately for your actual shipping costs. Currently, the United States Postal Service offers only airmail service to international destinations. Unless you specify differently (in the text box labelled “Any special instructions or comments” on the shipping information page), we will select the cheapest rate.
Method of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, or you may pay by check or money order.If paying by credit card, be sure to give your entire account number, expiration date, your name exactly as it appears on the card, and your address. Always include your phone number, with area code.
