1) We ask that you give your name, address, and e-mail address on our Catalog Request page. This information is not stored and will only be used once to mail you a catalog.

2) We ask for your e-mail address on our Newsletter page. Your e-mail address is stored by our newsletter service bravenet.com and is used only to mail you the Camp Pope Bookshop Newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time from our newsletter by returning to our Newsletter page and selecting “unsubscribe” in the sign-up box.

3) When you place an order online using our Shopping Cart, we ask for your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card number. This information is processed through a secure server and is in no danger of being seen by a third party. Your credit card transactions are processed offline and are subject to approval by our merchant account processor. If authorization of a charge to your credit card is not approved, you will be notified as soon as possible via e-mail so that you may arrange another payment method. If any information provided by you on our secure Shopping Cart is incomplete, we will attempt to notify you via e-mail or phone to provide the missing information.

4) Guess what, there is no we, no our. It’s only me, Clark Kenyon, working all alone. On this end, no one else sees your name, address, phone number, credit card number or anything else. I’ve been in this business since 1988 and I have never cheated, stolen from, or dealt dishonestly with anyone. Ask anyone who has ever done business with me.

5) Your name, address, phone number, credit card number, etc. will never, ever be sold, rented, or given to anyone else for any reason.

6) Although it is safest to place orders via our secure Shopping Cart, when you send your name, address, phone number, or credit card information to me via e-mail it is my opinion that your information is perfectly secure. I can guarantee unequivocally that it is secure once I have received it.
